This Halloween I won’t be home giving out candy to my neighborhood kids. I won’t be sitting in the house in the dark not answering my doorbell either. I have tickets to see one of my favorite bands, The Tedeschi Trucks Band down at the Balboa Theatre in San Diego.
When you are able to hear the soulful voice of Susan Tedeschi and the slide guitar of Derek Trucks you are transported to another place and time. Along with their band, they are able to play blues, rock and soul that just warms my heart, gets my toes tapping and puts a gigantic smile on my face.
