This is the time of the year when I really enjoy eating soup. I love eating is so much that I have developed some recipes to make soup in my crockpot. Today I am going to share my recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 onion
- 1 green apple
- 1 carrot
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash
Prep all ingredients by peeling, slicing and dicing. Combine everything and drop into the crockpot on low for 8 to 10 hours. When finished run the mixture through a blender and your done!
