Background<\/h2>\n

I grew up in La Paz, Bolivia (the heart of South America). After high school came to California to visit and ended up staying. After graduating from Orange Coast College, had the opportunity to live in Paris, France. Back in California finished a BA in Economics and back to Europe, this time to study in Denmark. The Golden State pulled me back, this time I finished an MA in Economics with the idea of changing the world. Somehow that avenue was closed and I was offered a teaching job and I have been teaching economics for many years!!! I also have worked as an expert witness in economics for ten years.<\/p>\n

Interests and Activities<\/h2>\n

Currently I’m a full time teacher at Palomar College, my main goal is to design classes that are interesting, current and fun!! I use instructional multimedia to supplement my students education in economics…This is why I got a second Masters Degree, this one in Educational Technology.<\/p>\n

Other Interesting Things<\/h2>\n

I like all sports – lately I have been mountain biking – awesome!.<\/p>\n

Happily married with a wonderful lady, beautiful daughter and I’m also fortunate enough to have a wonderful cat.\u00a0 Also a grandpaw \ud83d\ude42
\nSpend too much time playing chess on my computer.
\nTrilingual in Spanish, English and French.
\nLove to spend time outdoors, eat and be merry!!<\/p>\n
